Welcome to IBEW Local 275

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 275 represents construction electricians, sound and communications workers, motor shop employees, industrial, and broadcast workers in West Michigan.

Welcome to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Homepage. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) is a voluntary association of workers striving to establish, improve, and maintain better wages, benefits, and working conditions for workers in various industries through collective bargaining.

We hope this website will help you better understand the IBEW, your role within this organization, the benefits of this organization, and why you should belong to the IBEW.

"In our glorious fight for civil rights, we must guard against being fooled by false slogans, such as 'right to work'. It has no 'rights' and has no 'work'. Its purpose is to destroy labor unions and the freedom of collective bargaining... We demand this fraud be stopped". - Martin Luther King, Jr.
