As Business Manager, Sean is responsible for the day to day operations of the local union, compliance issues, and other duties as prescribed by the IBEW Constitution and Local Union Bylaws.

He is a Journeyman Inside Wireman, has owned and operated a local signatory employer in the past, been a steward, foreman, local union officer, and volunteer for the local for many years. Matt will be charged with representational duties including organizing, grievances, and other duties.

JATC StaffThe full-time staff of the JATC are responsible for all aspects of the daily management and operations of the apprenticship and training programs offered through the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
